Returns Policy

Note that all hand painted second hand or vintage items are used, meaning wear is expected at varying degrees. Please read product descriptions carefully and take your time in inspecting photographs. If you want to know more about an item in advance of purchasing, I can send a video of the item or answer any questions if you contact me on Instagram @velvethellraiser or email info@velvethellraiser.com. ❤️‍🔥

 

For online orders, if for any reason you want to cancel your order/aren't satisfied with your product upon receipt, please contact me immediately to arrange return. This must be within 14 days of receiving the item. I will then provide you with a return address.

Once we have received the returned product and inspect it, we will issue a refund of original shipping + product provided it is done within 14 days in its original condition. We will not pay for the price of return postage to the address we provide you. 

*Note: If you fail to contact us after the 14 day window of receiving your item we will not accept the return. If the item is damaged when you receive it you must inform us immediately.*

The above is in co-ordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD).
