Everything you need to know about getting your order — and what to do if something's not right.

Where we ship

We ship from Worldwide.

Processing time

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way. Please note processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

• Ireland & NI: 1–4 working days
• EU: 7–10 working days
• Rest of world: 7–10 working days

Prints are sent flat and protected with cardboard. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Customs & duties (international orders)

Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties or customs charges on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility, they are not included in your order total.

Damaged or faulty items

We pack everything with care, but if your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 3 working days of delivery with a photo of the damage, via our Confession (Contact) page or to velvethellraiser@outlook.com. Once confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Reports made after this window may not be eligible.

Returns & refunds

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

• To start a return, contact us via Confession (Contact) page with your order number before sending anything back.
• Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
